Mark Goodwin, Founder and Managing Partner of Provenio Litigation LLP has secured a Band 1 ranking for Litigation - North West in Chambers UK 2023.
The Chambers UK recognition follows on from Provenio Litigation LLP securing a Tier 1 ranking for Commercial Litigation: Liverpool in this year’s Legal 500.
In ranking the firm in Tier 1 for the third year in succession, The Legal 500 praises Provenio Litigation LLP for its “unrivalled handling” of “big ticket” commercial litigation.
Provenio’s market-leading ranking is supported by a number of individual accolades.
Mark Goodwin takes his place in the Legal 500’s Hall of Fame (and is the only Liverpool-based solicitor ranked in this category), Hannah Catterall is named as a Next Generation Partner and Emma Charnock is recognised as a Rising Star.
Commenting on the firm’s legal directory rankings, Mark Goodwin said: “We are delighted to secure a range of top tier rankings in Chambers UK and the Legal 500.
“When we launched the business in 2019, our vision was to create the premier business litigation firm outside London, using a team that all formerly worked together at DLA Piper in Liverpool.
“We have successfully implemented this strategy by attracting high value instructions, breaking into new areas of litigation, growing the business through a ground-breaking £50 million litigation funding agreement and investing in the future of the firm through the launch of a new graduate solicitor apprenticeship programme.”
The legal directory rankings are a further indication of the market-leading reputation Provenio has established in the legal services marketplace. The firm has also been shortlisted for the Outstanding Team Award (Litigation) at the Liverpool Law Society’s Legal Awards 2022 having previously been shortlisted for Boutique Law Firm of the Year at the British Legal Awards and Disputes Boutique of the Year at the Lawyer Awards.
